Please find information regarding dormitory application and check-in dates below. 

Information on applications for the dormitory and invoice that includes information on the dormitory fee, payment information, and deadline for payment will be sent out to students individually after November 30th. 

Dormitory check-in for 2023 Spring exchange is available on February 26th from 10am to 6pm and February 27th from 10am to 5pm. Please make note of these dates when you purchase your airline ticket if you are planning to stay at the dormitory for the semester. 

Students who arrive earlier than this date must find an accommodation where you can stay before checking in the dormitory on these dates.
